Thanks for shopping with Americana Creations. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.
Order Processing
Every Americana Creations product is made-to-order, which means production starts after you place your order. Please allow 2–5 business days for us to print, quality-check, and prepare your order for shipping.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our production partner's facility.
Shipping Destinations & Times
We currently ship to the following destinations:
United States
- Production: 2–5 business days
- Shipping: 4–8 business days
- Total estimated delivery: 6–13 business days from order date
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size. Standard shipping rates start at $6.39 for US orders.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via standard mail carriers (USPS, UPS, DHL, or local equivalents), depending on your destination. The specific carrier is selected to optimize delivery time and cost.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package's progress directly with the carrier. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving the tracking email for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Delays & Carrier Issues
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once your order ships, it is in the hands of the carrier, and we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or other events outside our control.
During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), delivery times may be longer than estimated.
International Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may be assessed by your country's customs authority at the time of delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. Please check your country's import regulations before ordering.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address you provided, we can offer a refund for the product cost only — shipping fees are non-refundable in this case. You're welcome to place a new order with the corrected address.
We cannot modify shipping addresses once an order has entered production (typically within 1–2 hours of placing your order). If you notice an address error, please contact us at americanacreationssupport@gmail.com immediately.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, or if your package appears lost in transit (no tracking updates for 10+ business days), please contact us at americanacreationssupport@gmail.com. We'll work with the carrier to investigate.
